About "In The Sleeping Bag"

THAT'S how it is... Someone said...one of the best kept secrets Belgrade rock scene. In 1974, after the breakup of the OPUS group, Dušan Ćućuz-Dule (born 1946) decided to start a new band with the idea of calling it TAKO. In 1974, Dule and drummer of the first line-up of the group TAKO, Milan Lolić, they performed with singer-songwriter and guitarist Srđan Marjanović. In the same period, Dule met Đorđe Ilijin (born 1952) from Sremska Mitrovica, a student of ethnology, who had similar musical affinities. After several rehearsals with Milan Lolić and Đorđe Ilijina,Dule invited guitarist Sava Bojić, who at that time left the first line-up of the group Pop Mašina. In this line-up, the group recorded three demos and had a notable performance with several groups at a benefit concert at Pionir Hall in 1975. .”

At the beginning of 1976, Sava Bojić left for the Yugoslav People's Army, and the new guitarist, Miroslav Dukić, known as Geza (born 1953), was the final solution. After several changes of drummers, with the arrival of Slobodan Felekatović, (born 1957) formed the final line-up of the group TAKO, which worked together for the next five years and recorded two albums as LP releases. The group TAKO had many live performances, performing with the most famous groups in the former Yugoslavia, such as BUM-Fest in Novi Sad

“Wither” In 1977 and 1978, performing as a support group for Bijelo Dugmet in the largest cities of the former Yugoslavia, and their solo performances it was attended by 500 to 4500 visitors. Since the studio conditions for recording both albums were very poor, the first album was recorded in 36 hours and the second was recorded in a studio that had just been installed and not everything was working as it should,That's why Miroslav Dukić decided to use his knowledge of software and, with his studio experience, realized the remastering of the recordings of the second album, and the result can be heard on this release..
